Job Description of the Sunil Mantri Realty Job :
Attend walk-in Customers, briefing on details of project amenities, facilitates, etc.
Emphasis on converting enquires into sale.
Develop good rapport with Customer.
Regular follow-up of enquires
Prepare and update MIS on regular basis.
Desired Candidate Profile for the Sunil Mantri Realty Job :
Should be well exposed to residential sales in the real estate industry,
Have a good network as well as interpersonal skills.
Having minimum experience in residential flats sales of 3 years & above.
