Job Profile for the Binani Industries Job:
ACCOUNTS
• Preparation of periodical accounts as per Indian GAAPs.
• Authorizing daily payment vouchers and keeping track of fixed assets.
• Conducting ledger scrutiny and review of accounts on regular basis.
• Scrutiny of Accounts and Preparation of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account.
• Consolidation of Group Company accounts.
• Preparing books of accounts to finalization.
• Writing Books of Account in Tally Package (4.5,5.4,6.3,7.2 &9)
TAXATION AND STATUTORY COMPLIANCES
• Computation of Total Income Tax, liability, advance tax & filing tax returns for Vat, Service Tax and Sales Tax.
• Preparation and E-Filing of I.T. Returns.
• Preparing tax audit report details.
MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM
• Preparing and consolidating weekly financial statements for various group companies.
• Liasoning with banks for credit facilities and completing documentation requirements.
• Filing annual returns under Company Laws.
• Providing various MIS reports to management at regular intervals.
• Replying to notices issued by I. T. Department and attending hearings, if any.
AUDIT
• Conducting statutory audits with the auditors.
• Tax Audit as per Income Tax Act.
• Concurrent Audit.
Desired Profile for the Binani Industries Job
Expertise in Audit, Finalization of accounts and preparation of audit reports. Exposed to all tax matters including Computation of income tax, Income tax assessment, Hands on experience in Company law matters and Filing ROC returns. Should be well versed with the latest ERP System, MS Office, Tally and good communication skill.
