Main Responsibilities for the Citrix Systems Inc. Job:

The Enterprise Sales Manager will be a corporate sales person focussed on leading and closing large account sales with the channel. He will be responsible for the development of new business opportunities in current and new large account. He will also be working with the Enterprise/ SI Partner Manager in promoting Citrix product and closing business deals.

Important Functions of the Citrix Systems Inc. Job
•Responsible for meeting sales targets
•Build relationships with and develop business with large / Enterprise end user accounts or Citrix Managed Accounts
•Exploration for and identification of regional opportunities with Global accounts
•Must understand that the delivery mechanism is through the channel partners & SI’s like Wipro , TCS , HP and IBM
•Assist in the identifying, development and training of new resellers
•Assisting the resellers respond to tenders and/or close business
•Building associations with3rd party partner companies such as Microsoft

Limits of Authority
•All enterprise sales matters pertaining to the India West territory.

•Meeting assign Sales Quota
•Ability to quickly come to grips with Citrix products and solutions.
•Good team player with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
•Ability to develop and maintain good working relationship with alliances.
•Establishment and effective use of internal and external relationships.
•Ability to structure business strategies and solutions around Citrix products and solutions.

Relevant Experience for the Citrix Systems Inc. Job
•Have significant experience in the corporate sales as well as the end user sales environment with a strong sales track record.
•Have experience in managing and engaging with customer in different layer of the organization.
•A thorough understanding of channel distribution & IT markets in India
•Would be an advantage to understand Citrix technology but not essential
•Has the ability to find information and teach themselves
•Understand Microsoft - the Company and it’s technology
•Be self sufficient in their approach to their job
•Sales planning and execution with a proven track record

Qualifications for the Citrix Systems Inc. Job
•Engineering or BS degree required, Masters Degree in Management preferred.
•Minimum 10 years software & solution sales experience, with 5 of those in Enterprise space
•Have developed , worked and closed large complex projects
•Individual contributor with conviction to be able to work under pressure situation.
•Familiar & well versed with top 25 Enterprise Accounts in India West and or have done business with them in last 5 years.
•Must have met or exceeded quotas.
•Oral and written fluency in English; Ability to present at CXO level
•Ability & willing to travel frequently/occasionally in support of business requirements.
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office, business and web-based tools
•Ability to learn and use Citrix’s sales automation tools including Sales force.com, SAP and E. Piphany (data extraction tool)
•Previous experience selling and/or marketing Citrix products and services is desired, but not required.
•Understanding of or experience in selling/marketing Virtualization software product solutions will be preferred but not essential.
