OnMobile Global requires Account Director
Job Description of the OnMobile Global Job :
1. Should have ability to manage a P&L independently.
2. Should have managed a team of 30+ in his earlier profiles.
3. Ability to show original ideas and concepts for developing new revenue generating services and think through from concept to delivery of services in mobile world.
4. Have direct contact with customer and interface senior level management (VP and above) of customer and “sell” the concept to the customer.
5. Have complete understanding of OnMobile offering as well as understanding of Telecom Operator’s business and based on that work with customer to maximise revenue from OnMobile services.
6. Ability to work independently for customer discussions.
7. Ability to develop business case
8. Have fair knowledge of the telecom space and contribute to new service development with his/her ability to think through possibilities in mobile communication world.
9. Identify new sales opportunities within key accounts for OnMobile products and services.
10. Should have managed a span of at-least 4 people.
11. Client handling and account management
12. Strong interpersonal relationship building skill.
13. People Management
14. Competitor knowledge and good networking ability
15. Networking capability
16. Fire-in-the-belly, willing to accept performance based incentive pay as significant component of total compensation
Skill required for the OnMobile Global Job:
1. 14+ years - in Telecom, ISP, VAS industry.
2. Experience in product life cycle management with profit/loss of product line.
3. Cross functional responsibility of product management, sales management and marketing management is desirable
4. Should have proven track records in Business Development in good competitive market.
5. Ability to think out-of-box, creativity
6. Communication skill (documentation and spoken),
7. Strong interpersonal relationship building skill.
8. People Management
Qualification for the OnMobile Global Job: B.E & MBA/PGDBM in Marketing is preferred.
