•Cater to all customers queries, request or complaints received via inbound call on the helpline numbers.
•Coordination/ follow-up with back office/ sales/ claims, in order to provide resolution to the customer.
•Detailed tracking of the calls answered.
•Fluent in English & Hindi
•Support final product design and pricing.
•Should be able to converse in Tamil/ Telugu
•Should have basic soft skills in place
•Should be willing to work in shifts
•Should have scored 50% or above in graduation
