Key Responsibilities / Job Description of the HDFC Bank Job:
1.Business Development
•TASC ASM will be assisted by BDEs to drive the business for the respective zones.
•Increase Institutional Savings Account Base (Trust, Association, Societies, Clubs) by means of New Acquisition.
•Increase TD base by means of New Acquisition
•Relationship Management - Understand and coordinate customer requirement and offer the most viable solution for enhancing business.
•Feedback to Product Team on Local Competition - Product / Process / TATs / etc.
•Review competition offerings and coordinate with the product team for updation of our product offerings.
2. Manage the TASC Portfolio Objectives of the Zone
•Staffing and Productivity
a) Ensure 100% BDE staffing in the TASC channel for the zone.
b) Responsible for BDE training .
3. Drive Special Projects - Drive campaigns & initiatives launched by product team for ISA .
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Master in Business Admin/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management in any field.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants should be Indian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent. Job role in Supervisor/Team Lead or equivalent.
