Job Description of the Mercer  Job:

The HR person would be independently handling a few work areas, besides shouldering shared responsibilities on some others. The person would also provide all on-the-ground support for HR activities in the Mumbai office.
The person would be responsible for
·Develop and execute recruitment strategies to enable the company to achieve its business objectives
·Develop, enhance and keep updated high quality orientation material; ensure that all new staff are delivered the orientation within a reasonable time from their joining Mercer
·Implement “Partnering for Success” which is Mercer’s proprietary Performance Management system.
·Develop HR policies as per the needs of the organization and implement them.
·Maintain employee records and for other administrative tasks related to the function, including MIS
·Handle HR queries and issues

Experience and qualifications for the Mercer Job :

·Master’s degree in HR (or equivalent) or related discipline
·Extensive experience between 3 to 8 years in generalist HR roles.
·Hands-on experience on handling HR issues
