Job Description of the Bharti AXA Life Insurance Job :
Assist the audit team to understand processes, perform risk assessment, document controls, identify gaps, performing audit testing, and identify issues. Should prepare audit queries, assist in performing draft report and rating risks. Should eventually grow to perform audits independently.
Key Activities
- Perform process walkthroughs
- Documenting risks and controls
- Assist in discussing risk assessment with auditee
- Identify process gaps and process control weakness
- Test controls
- Must communicate and engage effectively with the process owners on a partnership for improvement
- Sample transactions and test
- Good spoken and written communication
- Requires strong documentation and working paper file maintenance.
- Help identify quality recommendations to close the gaps identified
- Follow-up on open issues Follow-up on closure of audit recommendations
Qualified CA with 0-1 yrs of post qualification experience
Understanding of accounting standards
