•Take care of legal and regulatory requirements related with execution of Electrical contracting job
•To give advice to estimation team
•Risk analysis
•IMS and OHSAS
Desired Candidate Profile for the Godrej Job:
Electronics & Electrical Division is an internal and external service provider of electrical and electronics, control systems, energy conservation, green building and power distribution systems.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
•Taking care of all legal and regulatory requirements related with the execution of Electrical contracting job.
•Advise the estimation and Marketing team the legal implications before attempting the tender
•To carry out risk analysis
•Drafting out legal notices and agreement copies
•Take care of all the OHSAS related matters of IMS for the contracting business.
Required Qualification for Godrej Job: Graduate in any discipline plus L.L.B, Preferred Qualification
Required Experience for Godrej Job: 3years - 8 years
