Job Description of the Zeus Systems Job :
You will be in charge of leading small teams to achieve project objectives. You might be in charge of a complete project if it is not too large in scope or you might be leading one of the teams of a large project. You can understand the client requirements, scope the project, allocate resources, train the team members and ensure timely delivery of the project while adhering to the quality standards. You have to give feedback to the team members, motivate them, train them and ensure that their and the organizations objectives are aligned. You have exceptionally good communication skills, be it the client personnel, management, your team members or people with different functional backgrounds. You have a reasonably good understanding of the various team functions - design, content development, editing and technology.
Zeus Systems Job Role Description :
- Work with different teams to understand and define the scope of the project,
allocate resources and define training needs.
- Lead small 2-5 member teams on training, coaching, setting priorities
and project delivery.
- Review all work from the team, assuring high quality and making sure that
necessary changes take place and appropriate feedback and training is provided
to the team members.
- Meet on a regular basis with the team assigned to your project to determine
status of deliverables.
- Escalate concerns to the project manager when deliverables are at risk of
falling behind schedule, and offer ideas for how to get project back on track.
- Communicate with all team members to assure that the team has everything
they need to be successful.
- Proactively identify issues and concerns that could impact schedule and / or
quality.
- Define appropriate development process, increasing productivity and efficiency.
- Grow a high-performance development team.
- Align career goals and objectives of the staff organizational objectives.
- Responsible for all deliverables, both your own, and the team you lead.
