Job Description of the Alcatel Lucent Job :
Developing profitable new business & growing share in existing base
Will provide overall account ownership and sales leadership into the designated Account
Setting business objectives & devising strategies to achieve the same
Successfully developing a long term strategic relationship with the nominated customer(s) to enable new sales of solutions
Working closely with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of business.
Responsible for execution, revenue forecasts, realization, Account plan, etc
Qualifications for the Alcatel Lucent Job :
Engineering degree (Electronics / Telecom) with MBA preferable
Over 8+ years of total experience in enterprise/ telecom sales in service provider segment.
Domain: Wireless (CDMA, EVDO, GSM, Metro access, Optical etc..), Soft switches
Strong solution selling skills, and excellent relationships with customers at a higher level
Good communication and people management skills, strong commercial orientation & entrepreneurial skills
Excellent personality, leadership skills, emotionally strong.
