Job Description of the Tangerine Job:
Tangerine - Human Capital Management, looking out for a Legal Manager
The candidate should be based in Mumbai. No relocation accepted.
The primary job responsibilities are as below :
-Legal work pertaining Investment Banking (Vetting Agreements), Equities and other subsidiaries (IRDA)
-Liaisoning with Legal/consulting firms on issues relating to the business.
-Formation, Maintenance & Control (Regulatory Framework) of International
-Subsidiaries (USA, UK & Singapore)
-Handling Compliance & Legal Requirements with respect to our overseas offices
-Counseling employees at our overseas offices on all regulatory and immigration matters.
-Co-ordination with consultants/agencies on matters relating to the conduct of business at our overseas offices.
-Handling FEMA related issues. Handling matters related to Labour Laws.
-Vetting of papers / agreements / Lease Deeds for premises.
-Taking decisions and keeping company abreast with latest Laws and Regulations relevant to the operations of the entire organization.
