Process:
Handling technical customer queries with regard to mobile phones and mobile broadband
Troubleshooting of data modems right from installation issues, software compatibility issues, network issues & speed issues
End to end troubleshooting, and raising queries to 2nd line only incase of a network issue
Trouble shooting-Broadband and internet connectivity problems
Inbound Process
24/7 rotating shifts
Rotating work offs.
Willingness to work in a challenging environment
Should have good convincing skills
