Hungama Mobile requires CRBT Circle Coordinator in Mumbai
Designation: CRBT Circle Coordinator South
Reporting to: Product Manager CRBT
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
1. Day to day relationship management with the circle VAS and OBD managers.
2. Plan circle-level CRBT promotions on an everyday basis.
3. Revenue generation from the operator at a regional level to achieve targeted business growth numbers and market share.
4. Revenue maximization through innovative packaging and selling of content.
5. Take the initiative and opportunity to identify, and create exciting new services for the mobile consumer.
6. Liaise with various intra-department teams pro-actively (Sales, pre-sales team and other account teams) so as to gain new perspectives.
7. Up-selling of services and replicating services which have been doing well in other operators/circles.
8. Establish pricing strategies, oversee circle market research, monitor competitive activity and identify customer needs.
Skills Required:
1. A minimum of 6-8 month experience in managing CRBT circle operations.
2. Knowledge of Tamil an absolute must.
3. A good understanding of Tamil music preferable.
4. Knowledge of any other Southern languages like Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam an added advantage.
5. Candidate with a VAS/Telecom background would be preferred.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
7. A go-getter and a team player.
