Job Summary of the OnMobile Global Job :
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the ad sales process in conjunction with the Mobile Marketing person at the operator(s) end. Key responsibilities will include
-Work with the Operators and Advertisers to evangelize the concept
-Managing relationship with Mobile marketing manager at Operator(s) end
-Maintaining/Increasing ad sales rates
-Building relationships with large/ core advertisers
-Assist the Product teams in defining the Product Roadmap
The candidate will report to the Head — M3PU/Head of India Operators (Private)
Job Description of the OnMobile Global Job :
-Responsible for managing relationship with Mobile Marketing Manager at Operator(s) end
-In turn managing the performance of the operator appointed sales agent (s)
-Influencing operator appointed sales agent (s) to maintain pre-agreed to ad sales rates
-Building relationships with large/ core advertisers
-Helping/ being part of sales pitches to advertisers long with the operator appointed sales agent(s)
Educational Qualification for the OnMobile Global Job :
-MBA/ PGDBA for a reputed institute
-Prior experience in an agency either as buyer or a planner
-Prior experience in a media house, preferably TV or online, in sales
-Minimum of 8-10 years of work experience
-Should have handled a sales team independently
Skills Required for the OnMobile Global Job:
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Strong presentation skills and communication skills
-Proven track record in media sales
-Good networking capability
