Job Description of the Deloitte Job
Key Responsibilities:

Support Sales organization and strategic initiatives to support business and sales objectives.

Provide oversight and leadership to direct reports.

Team with Marketing to leverage National Eminence programs to create and manage marketing eminence programs specific to assigned local office.

Implement the sales strategy for the Deloitte India practice, by managing a portfolio of high-opportunity prospects in collaboration with Lead Client Service Partner for each account by providing sales and marketing support including:

Delivery of the sales and marketing programs to assigned target accounts

Creation and delivery of sales plan and communication strategy for assigned target accounts

Support of ROI tracking with marketing teams

Oversee pursuit process for assigned target accounts

Make live oral business presentations to internal sales teams

Attend client meetings as deemed appropriate by Lead Client Service Partner.
Desired Candidate Profile for the Deloitte Job:
Qualifications and requirements include:

5+ years of experience in sales or business development

Postgraduate Degree in Business Management

Experience with multiple constituents in large matrixed company, previous leadership experience in a large professional services or consulting firm a plus

Strong writing skills

Excellent oral communications skills and professional client service manner

Superior Microsoft Office skills

Demonstrated ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of management

Superior account management experience

Negotiation and presentation skills required

Flexibility and adaptability required.
