Job description :
Customer Relationship Management
Actively overseeing retail operations of the outlet allotted to him/her.
Responsibility for personnel in retail operations of the outlet allotted to him/her.
Plan duty roasters of the outlet allotted to him/her in consultation with the Area manager.
Ensuring compliance of the Company’s rules and regulations among the retail personnel of the outlet allotted to him/her.
Coaching, training and evaluation of retail personnel according to defined areas of responsibility.
Implementation of promotional activities at the outlets.
Ensure daily reports are filled and sent to the head office.
Ensuring sales and revenue targets are met.
Requirements :
22-25 years of age.
01-03 years of experience in food retail/ restaurants/ hotels.
Degree/Diploma holder in Hotel Management preferable
Good verbal and written communication skills- Fluent in English and Hindi.
Excellent Interpersonal skills.
Enthusiastic and self motivated.
