Service Manager / Dy. Manager - HVAC Service
Job Description :
- Customer handling and should be good at managing customer relationship
- Good vapor compression chiller system knowledge like screw and centrifugal chillers
- Good knowledge on allied system like AHUs, FCUs, Pumps, cooling towers etc.,
- Good commissioning expertise
- Good microprocessor based controller and electrical trouble shooting
- Good trouble shooting skills
- Responsible for preparing maintenance schedule & maintaining history sheet of equipments handled
- Responsible for routine preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance
- Ability to execute small projects
- Should be able to generate opportunities, which can be converted into orders
- Having hands on experience in field, handling systems/utilities
- Good communication skills, presentable, good coordination skills
- Has to be a self-motivated person and should take initiatives
Qualifications : Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / ITI - Refrigeration & Air conditioning with hands on experience OR
Diploma in Electrical Engineering / ITI - Electrical with hands on experience OR B.E. Electrical/Mechanical
Experience : 3 to 7 years experience in Chillers / HVAC Industry or any air - conditioning contracting company preferably
