Responsibilities of the Tata Communications Job:
Key Objective / Purpose of the Job:
-Develop retail go-to-market strategy for 16e launch based on target segments & differentiated value proposition
- Product (CPE, access product), Pricing, Channel, & Promotion
- Input to GTM processes team on services required to acquire / delight target segments
- Recommend short, medium-term and long-term
-Recommend key initiatives that need to be launched & work with sales & marketing & NPI team to implement go-to-market and channel strategy
- Implementation done by S&M or NPI team, but services strategy lead on point to clearly define and track initiatives
- A go-to-market implementation team may be required for the first 16e launch, that will be formed separate from strategy team
-Institutionalize processes to periodically refresh market understanding and refine go-to-market strategy
- Competitive and customer trends

Requirements for the Tata Communications Job:
• A post graduate degree in business management and engineering (preferably in Electronics and Telecommunications) from a Premier institute.
• 2-3 years relevant experience, preferably in telecom or any other service industry
• Should have keen interest in understanding consumer behavior, technology trends, understanding of network, IT systems, etc.
• Telecom/ Service Industry domain expertise.
• Strong interpersonal skills, relationship management abilities, team building
