The Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority (IRDA) is a national agency of the Government of India, based in Hyderabad. IRDA was formed by an act of Indian Parliament known as IRDA Act 1999, which was amended in 2002 to incorporate some emerging requirements. Mission of IRDA as stated in the act is “to protect the interests of the policyholders, to regulate, promote and ensure orderly growth of the insurance industry and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto
Applications are invited for the following posts in IRDA, Hyderabad :
1. Joint Director – IRDA : 05 posts, Pay Scale : Rs.28900-32600
2. Deputy Director – IRDA: 05 posts, Pay Scale : Rs. :Rs. 24875-34275
3. Assistant Director – IRDA: 10 posts, Pay Scale: Rs. 13700-24400
Relaxation in age for IRDA job as per Govt. rules.
Fee for IRDA job: Rs.500/- in favour of Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority, payable at Hyderabad at any Nationalised bank. Candidates of SC/ST/OBC are exempted from fee.
