As Managing Editor of PaGaLGuY.com, you will be responsible for leading a young team of online journalists/bloggers and oversee the daily operations of the Editorial department and its channels. We are looking for an experienced journalist or well-known blogger who loves the Internet and is keen to put his personal footprint on making PaGaLGuY a high-quality, futuristic and credible source of news and information in the MBA/business education space.

* Planning stories and allotting assignments to the team
* Building and maintaining editorial relations with Indian and International business schools, test prep companies, recruiters
* Executing Editorial Projects - B-school Rankings, Placement Reports, Exam coverage and ideating on and executing new ones
* Forging editorial alliances with other well-regarded media from time to time
Key considerations of PaGaLGuY.com job
* Evidence of blogging and interaction with a wide range of blogs
* An understanding and active use of social media (Twitter, RSS, social bookmarking etc)
* The ability to tell an engaging story using still images, slide shows and blog plugins
* Experience in participating in or moderating online discussions
* Ability to lead a team, set targets and vision
* Outstanding communication skills
Experience: 3-10 years as a journalist or a very famous blogger
Qualifications: A Journalism or Mass Communication degree from a reputed media school
