Job Description of the CMC Job:
Key Responsibilities •Leading Presales Team, interacting with BD, OEMs & customers
•Analysing and generating a RFP / BID
•Responsible for all sales/pre-sales
•Analysing business needs and proposing best practices, processes, standards and systems throughout the organisation based on ITIL best practices
Essential Attributes
ITIL certification - v3 preferred
Desirable Attributes Expertise in ESM / Help Desk / ITIL / Servers & Storage / Messaging / Video Surveillance / Video Conferencing / Data & Voice Networks
Soft Skills Requirement for the CMC Job :
