IRMA PG in Rural Management/Fellowships/Certificate programmes
Institute of Rural Management Anand invites applications for the following programmes
1. Post Graduate Programme in Rural Management (PRM 2010-12):
A two year residential post graduate programme.
Eligibility: Graduates in any discipline with 50% aggregate marks.
Fees: Tuition fee, refundable deposits,charges for various services amount upto Rs.3,00,000.
Scholarships and Loan: Exemption from fees and prestigious scholarships are available for deserving candidates.IRMA students can get a loan from SBI without any collateral.
Campus placement is available.
2. Fellow Programme in Rural Management (FPRM 2010):
A coursework based doctoral programme with residency requirement of three years.
Eligibility: Post Graduate in any discipline or 4-year professional degree with one year work experience or 5-year professional degree.
Fellowship: All FPRM participants receive a gross fellowship of Rs.10,000/- per month and a contingency grant of Rs.20,000/- per year for a period of 4 years.
Placement is available for all fellows.
3. Certificate Programme in Dairy Management (CPDM 2010):
A one year course comprising six months of classroom training followed by six months on-the-job internship.
Eligibility: Any graduate or PG in Dairy Technology, Veterinary Science or Engineering (Mech./Elec./Civil/EC/Computer) wih minimum 65% aggregate.
Stipend: Rs. 15,000/- to Rs. 20,000/- per month.
Fee: The tuition fe (Rs. 1.5 lakh) will be borne by the sponsoring organizations.
Assured placement in sponsoring organizations.
Selection procedure: A written test ,common to all the above programmes will be conducted on November 8, 2009-Sunday(9:15 to 12:15hr) at 27 centres across India.
CDPM candidates are selected on basis of written test and interview.
FPRM candidates are selected based on written test interview and presentation of essay.
