Revised Schedule of Option form filling and further activities for Admission to First Year of Post SSC Diploma Courses in Engineering/Technology 2009-10.
The candidates who have confirmed their online application forms for admission to First Year of Post
SSC Diploma courses in Engineering/Technology through CAP are informed that they shall follow the
revised schedule for filling of option forms at ARC. The Government of Maharashtra have decided to
start the second shift for selected courses in 18 existing Government Polytechnics and some more
unaided institute have joined the CAP. The details of such institutes and courses in second shift will
available on the Website http://www.dte.org.in/poly2009 .
1. Display of Final merit list & Seat Distribution on website www.dte.org.in/poly2009 - 28/07/2009
2. Submission of Online Option Form of CAP Round-I at ARC or from anywhere else through the web site www.dte.org.in/poly2009 . Confirmation of submission of online option form of CAP Round-I in person at ARC. 29/07/2009 to 02/08/2009 up to 5.00 PM
3. Display of provisional allotment of CAP Round-I 04/08/2009 at 5.00 PM
4. Reporting to the institute as per allotment in CAP round-I 05/08/2009 07/08/2009 up to 5 PM
5. Display of Institute wise vacancy position for CAP Round-II 10/08/2009 at 5.00 PM
6. Submission of Online Option Form of CAP Round-II at ARC or from anywhere else through the web
site www.dte.org.in/poly2009 . Confirmation of submission of online option form of CAP Round-II in person at ARC 11/08/2009 to 13/08/2009 upto 5 PM
7. Display of provisional allotment of CAP Round-II 16/08/2009 at 5PM
8. Reporting to the institute as per allotment in CAP round-II 17/08/2009 19/08/2009 up to 5.00 PM
9. Display of Institute wise vacancy position for CAP Round-III 20/08/2009 at 5.00 PM
10.Submission of Online Option Form of CAP Round-III at ARC or from anywhere else through the web site. Confirmation of submission of online option form of
CAP Round-III in person at ARC. 21/08/2009 to 22/08/2009 up to 5.00 PM
11. Display of provisional allotment of CAP Round-III 24/08/2009 at 5PM
12. Reporting to the institute as per allotment in CAP round-III 25/08/2009 26/08/2009
13. Display of Institute wise vacancy position for admission by counselling (CAP Round-IV) 27/08/2009 at 5PM
14. Round of admission by counselling (CAP Round-IV) in person at Govt. Polytechnic, Aurangabad. 28/08/2009 - 30/08/2009
15. Reporting to the institute as per allotment in Round by Counselling (CAP Round-IV) 29/08/2009 31/08/2009
16. Commencement of new academic year 2009-10 10/08/2009
17. Cut off Date for all type of admissions for the academic year 2009-10 31/08/2009.
