SUBMISSION & CONFIRMATION OF ONLINE OPTION FORM, ALLOTMENT OF SEAT, COUNCELLING & REPORTING TO INSTITUTES FOR ADMISSION TO FIRST YEAR OF FOUR YEAR DEGREE COURSES IN PHARMACY FOR THE YEAR 2009-10

This notification is being issued by DTE for selection of candidates to be admitted in the following Pharmacy Institutions for the Academic Year 2009-10:-
A. State Government/Aided colleges, University Managed Institutes, University Departments
B. Such unaided colleges and/or such number of seats from unaided colleges which by mutual consent have decided to form part of this admission process.
The online option for is being made available to only those eligible candidates, who are desirous of seeking admission to the aforesaid colleges through this Centralized Admission Process on the official website www.dte.org.in/ph2009
Aspiring candidates are required to fill in the Online Option Form, take the printout of the Online Option Form and Confirm the Online Option form in person along with duly signed printout of the Online Option form as per schedule notified herewith at any of the Application Form Receipt Center (ARC) notified by this Directorate.

1. Display of Seat Distribution on website 24-07-09 at 5.00 PM
2. Issue of Information Brochures at ARC
Submission of Online Option Form of CAP Round-I at ARC or
from anywhere else through the website by Maharashtra State and OMS candidates.
Confirmation of submission of online option form of CAP Round-I in person at ARC by Maharashtra State and OMS candidates. 27-07-09 31-07-09 upto 5.00 PM
3. Display of provisional allotment of CAP Round-I for Maharashtra State & OMS Candidates 03-08-09 at 5.00 PM
4. Reporting to the institute as per allotment in CAP round-I by Maharashtra State candidates and OMS candidates. 04-08-09 TO 06-08-09 upto 5.00 PM
5. Display of Institute wise vacancy position for CAP Round-II 08-08-09 at 5.00 PM
6. Submission of Online Option Form of CAP Round-II at ARC or from anywhere else through the website by Maharashtra State and OMS candidates. Confirmation of submission of online option form of CAP Round-II in person at ARC by Maharashtra State and OMS candidates. 10-08-09 to 12-08-09 upto 5.00 PM
7. Display of provisional allotment of CAP Round-II for Maharashtra State & OMS Candidates 14-08-09 at 5.00 PM
8. Reporting to the institute as per allotment in CAP round-II by the Maharashtra State and OMS candidates 17-08-09 TO 19-08-09 upto 5.00 PM
9. Display of Institute wise vacancy position for CAP Round-III 21-08-09 at 5.00 PM
10. Round of admission by counseling (CAP Round-III) only for the Maharashtra State candidates in person at Govt. College of Pharmacy , Aurangabad. 24-08-09 to 26-08-09
11. Reporting to the institute as per allotment in Round by Counseling (CAP Round-III) by the Maharashtra State candidates 25-08-09 TO 28-08-09 upto 5.00 PM
12. Commencement of new academic year 2009-10 31-08-09
13. Cut off Date for all type of admissions for the academic year 2009-10 03-09-09
14. Last date for institutions to update the branch wise list of admitted candidates on DTE website through their institute login. 09-09-09 upto 5:00 PM
Information Brochure:
The Information Brochure containing Institute Information, course wise sanctioned intake, choice codes, Instructions to fill in the online option form of each CAP rounds, Rules of Eligibility to participate in CAP Rounds etc. will be made available to all eligible Candidates free of cost after showing Receipt cum- Acknowledgement letter at the ARCs, before filling up the Option form of CAP Round-I. Candidates should carefully go through the entire Information Brochure and follow the instructions set out therein for further course of selection and admission. Kindly note that non-compliance with any of the provisions set out in the Information Brochure will result in rejection of claim for admission.
