  1. Shyam Galagali Says:

My Son Amit Shyam Galagali is category 2 candidate under MSBTE Rules and after his results were declared on 1st July 2009 by KSBTE, he approached MSBTE for number of times in order to obtain ‘equivalence certificate’. The Officials at MSBTE were so co-operative that we got ‘equivalence certificate’ only on 26th August 2009 i.e. stage when admissions were alreadyover under CAP. ARCs did not accept application at all without ‘equivalence certificate’. In other words though my Son is domiciled in the State of Maharashtra, done schooling in Maharashtra and only fault ours was that he went to Karnataka for completing Diploma in Computer Science and he was/is deprived of his right to education. The manner and the response we got is all oral and same cannot be substantiated but the humilation faced by us force me to write the above lines. I don’t know whom to approach for justice and wonder we are having right to education or not. When we approach private Institutions/Colleges (whose name I cannot take on account of fear) quote exhorbitant donation. I don’t know if after reading this comment any competent authority will look into the matter and help my son continue his study but since thiscolumn is available I am expressing what I have experienced for which there is no concrete documentry evidence. However our visits record to MSBTE can be found in the register kept for visitors outside the office but having met A, B or C and exchanged conversation cannot be proved. But fact remains that on the same set of certificates which were produced right fromthe beginning the ‘equivalence certificate’ was issued but only after lapse of time for submitting ARC application was over.

bY THIS COLUMN I HUMBLY REQUEST THE COMPETENT AUTHORITY TO HELP MY SON CONTINUE HIS STUDIES.
