Schedule of Activities for Post SSC Diploma Admission for Maharashtra State Candidates
ADMISSION NOTIFICATION (CAP)
First Year of Post SSC Diploma Courses in Engineering/Technology. Online applications are invited from the aspiring Maharashtra State candidates who have passed SSC examination or equivalent examination for admission to First Year of Three/Four year Post SSC Diploma courses in Engineering/Technology in Govt, Govt Aided and such unaided polytechnics/institutes and/or such number of seats from unaided institutes, which by mutual consent have decided to form part of this admission process of Engineering/Technology for the academic year 2009-10.
Eligibity Criteria for Admission to Post SSC Diploma Admission

1) Sale of the Information Brochure along with Application Kit at designated ARC’s,Submission of Online Application Form through the web site www.dte.org.in/poly2009 on 10/07/09 to 18/07/09 up to 4.00 PM
2) Confirmation of Application Form and Document verification inperson at ARC 10/07/09 to 18/07/09 up to 5.00 PM
3) Display of Provisional Merit List 20/07/2009 at 5.00 PM
4) Grievances to be submitted at ARC where the form is confirmed, if any 21/07/09 up to 5.00 PM
5) Display of Final Merit List 22/07/2009 at 5.00 PM
6) Display of Seat Distribution on website 22/07/2009
7) Submission of Online Option Form of CAP Round-I at ARC or from anywhere else through the web site Confirmation of submission of online option form of CAP Round-I in person at ARC. 23/07/2009 to 27/07/2009 up to 5.00 PM
8) Display of provisional allotment of CAP Round-I 29/07/2009 at 5.00 PM
9) Reporting to the institute as per allotment in CAP round-I 30/07/2009 02/08/2009 up to 5 PM
10) Display of Institute wise vacancy position for CAP Round-II 03/08/2009 at 5.00 PM
11) Submission of Online Option Form of CAP Round-II at ARC or from anywhere else through the web site Confirmation of submission of online option form of CAP Round-II in person at ARC 04/08/2009 to 07/08/2009
12) Display of provisional allotment of CAP Round-II 09/08/2009 at 5PM
13) Reporting to the institute as per allotment in CAP round-II from 10/08/2009 to 12/08/2009 up to 5.00 PM
14) Display of Institute wise vacancy position for CAP Round-III 13/08/2009 at 5.00 PM
15) Submission of Online Option Form of CAP Round-III at ARC or from anywhere else through the web site. Confirmation of submission of online option form of CAP Round-III in person at ARC. 14/08/2009 17/08/2009 up to 5.00 PM
16) Display of provisional allotment of CAP Round-III 18/08/2009 at 5PM
17) Reporting to the institute as per allotment in CAP round-III 19/08/2009 21/08/2009
18) Display of Institute wise vacancy position for admission by counselling (CAP Round-IV) 22/08/2009 at 5PM
19) Round of admission by counselling (CAP Round-IV) in person at Govt. Polytechnic, Aurangabad. 25/08/2009 28/08/2009
20) Reporting to the institute as per allotment in Round by Counselling (CAP Round-IV) 25/08/2009 29/08/2009
21) Commencement of new academic year 2009-10 03/08/2009
22) Cut off Date for all type of admissions for the academic year 2009-10 31/08/2009
Note:- All ARC’s shall remain open including all holidays falling under schedule except 15th August 2009 between 10.00AM to 5.30PM.
