Job Profile :
Shall be responsible for handling entire gamut of recruitment, sourcing & screening of profiles, scheduling & conducting interviews.
The job also involves performance mgt, HR transactions, HR policy deployment, maintaining variousHR MIS etc.
Should be MBA/PGDM in HR with about 2 years of experience in HR preferably with a retail/service organizations, should have good communication & inter-personal skills.
