IBM requires Sales Manager
Job Profile -Responsible for delivering IBM Middleware solutions sales in the OEM/ISV/IHV channel which targets partnerships with traditional software vendors, hardware device manufacturers/vendors. The OEM Sales Manager is responsible for growing the business with OEMs and increasing autonomous revenue from those organizations. Owning the relationship with OEMs the OEM sales Manager is responsible for business planning, pipleine management as well as closures around IBM Software Group technology. For this business development role in a highly competitive environment above average teaming and influential skills outside and inside IBM are required. Candidates with established networks within ISV/IHV community are preferred.
Desired Profile - The candidate should have a good appreciation of IBMs SWG products. He/She should bring relevant sales experience from an Systems Integrator, Large ISV organization. The OEM Sales Manager should work with IDR, Channels and Brand resources in IBM to provide sales management support. The person should ensure that he is the single point contact from Software Group for his set of partners while providing the necessary linkages to the partner with the rest of IBM especially IDR and Brands.
Qualification -
Engineering/MBA - preferred both.
