HP requires Sales Manager
Job Profile : Directs and supervises Sales Representative to Sales Managers and above along with other assigned sales personnel to achieve/revenue and expense objectives.
Assigns territories and accounts for Sales Management and Sales Reps. Resolves different customer problems and participates in important negotiations with key customers.
Typically manages other individual contributors and/or managers.
Manages exempt ICs and/ or supervisors with accountability for results of a major program in terms of cost, direction and people management. Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving common and complex business/technical issues within established policies. Provides guidance on process improvements and recommends changes in alignment with business tactics and strategy for area of responsibility. Plans, directs and monitors operational/tactical activities of Staff. Staff members work may involve strategic issues. Recruits and supports development of direct staff members.
Additional guidance/criteria:
Directs and controls activities for a single country or sub-region within a larger geographical Region.
Typically manages 2 or more RMs.
Experience & Qulification :-
Prefered MBAs from premier Institute with 10 to 12 yrs relevant experience from IT,FMCG.
