Job Description: To achieve 75% value & numbers on collection within due date To achieve 95% collection by value by 30th day for each bill cycle To achieve 5% OG barring on voice & DSL for assigned area To achieve 100% overall collections for the month To ensure Bad Debts are maintained as per AOP, budgets To ensure recovery is maintained as per flash & budgets month on month To ensure bill delivery within 7days of bill date To ensure error free data entry and ensure compliance on documentation policy / norms To manage agencies on live collection and recovery in assigned area To ensure all agency claims are checked, verified and sent for processing by 5th of every month To ensure Collection Cost guidelines are adhered to and cost is within budget To ensure team is trained, motivated thru leading & guiding them.
