MHADA lottery results
According to MHADA officials, of 4.35 lakh applications received for the 3863 tenements, about 5300 have been rejected during security process. Those applications which did not have proper documents attached or were not filled properly are rejected. The list of valid applications have been uploaded at the MHADA official website. The deposit of rejected applications is being refunded.

But for those who were unlucky this time round, here’s a piece of good news: Mhada will be holding a second lottery of an additional 5,000 apartments by November this year at various places such as Sion, Chunabhatti and Malwani, said the housing authority’s vice president, Gautam Chaterjee. He added that on an average, Mhada constructs around 5,000 to 6,000 flats every year. “We are working towards producing 30,000 to 40,000 flats in a year. That’s our target,” he added.
