No country for clever men!
The marriage market in India, despite the recession, is booming and you can see hundreds of people, men and women, girls and boys ready to tie the knot. The richer the person, the greater his demand in the marriage market. The worst off seem to be the IITians and IVY league graduates who end up getting a real raw deal. Nobody seems to want to marry them and in most families they are seen as outcastes rather than people you would like to make a family over. Why does this happen? Simply because these so-called well educated people are really inhumane and not family material. In all probability they are marrying you because you have some more material benefits to offer them. They don’t come under the classification of normal, real human beings and as such should be avoided, is the general notion. They are also conformist, pseudo-secular and can’t stand up to modern day challenges, being traditional in their approach. Most of them are destructive thinkers instead of constructive human beings. They will break up others’ relationships, others’ achievements and want always to be in the spotlight. They also call for a heightened socio-political situation, which no normal person would like to enter.
All these severely qualified hi fliers demand a lot out of their partners and as such there is no semblance of sanity or normalcy left in their lives. I don’t like IITians and IVY league graduates because they are supremely egoistic and will view their partners only as objects of procreation, trophy wives or domestic keeps. In marriage you look for emotions, attachment, dependence, bonding and it will only work if it is two-sided. These people only have a one-sided relationship, they love only themselves. Most of them are poor actors and communicators and their real selves will eventually come across, but it will be too late by them. I don’t know why, but these Machiavellian characters are always cheating, duping, thugging people instead of appearing to be more literate and spreading goodwill, happiness and cheer around. Take Bill Gates, he was a Harvard graduate, cunning to the core, extremely successful in stealing Apple’s ideas and marketing them as his own. Who would want to marry a twisted person like him?
With their extreme accomplishments these people also come across as extremes. They are extremely passionate, extremely jealous, extremely possessive, and extremely cunning, the list is endless. Any normal person would like to settle with someone in the normal range of thought, emotion and ideas. But since they surpass everything normal, they are really abnormal beings to have to co-habit with. I’ve had my dose of extremism and it wasn’t fun; would advise the youth to stay away from such extreme characters.
