Indulging in some male bashing!
The Indian dating and match making industry is growing by leaps and bounds. It’s not hard to figure out why! That’s because Indians look up to only a good partner for their motivation. All their lives they study, work hard and groom themselves only to find a good match whom they can co-habit with. Look at working girls for example, most of them are out only to trap that elusive rich ‘bakra’ and look at Indian boys, most of them spend their working hours only dreaming about their dream match. They don’t have the guts or the gumption to approach their so-called partners, all they do is keep pining and pondering and planning how they are going to bag their next trophy!! Most Indian guys can’t even accept rejection and keep harassing their counterparts till there is some positive negativity by which they’ll keep away.
There is nothing original or innovative in this approach. Most guys are looking for girls who work at home, work outside, work at the groceries and work on their children. Why not marry a robot instead? Guys expect such high standards from their partners when they themselves are biting the dust. Indians guys have a long way to go. I have personally been in touch with many Indian men and they are a far cry from the word professional. I don’t know how you can like or love somebody who doesn’t feel the same way about you? It’s disgusting the way they treat their wives and girlfriends. They are compulsive liars and some of them even take the Oedipus complex so far as to desire a mother-like figure in their wives. Yikes!!

Some Indian men really take the cake; they marry their girlfriends only to usurp all their property and assets. Indian girls are no less; they marry men who, like humble slaves, obey their every command!!! I think dating and match-making in the Indian context is pathetic and nobody seems to have learnt the ropes well. Once the family cycle starts there is a complete surrender of individuality and one person just gives in like a lame duck. Nobody is educated in the right sense of grooming, nurturing, starting a family or having positive goals. Instead there is drama and role playing, mostly tragic ones at homes. Indian men are constantly torn between their mums and their wives. Other Indian men just want to order their wives around and give them no respect or luxury. Either they are too Westernised or too traditional, worst case scenarios are those where there is a return to culture, while being at the helm of progress!! Have you ever heard such contradictions and contra-indications anywhere else? Well, you don’t have to look far, it’s probably happening right in your backyard!!!
