Job Description
Act as a key member of the UNIX team, providing 24×7 support, solution implementation services and input into the future technology roadmaps of the distributed environment.
- Provide technical expertise for day to day problem resolution
- Maintenance of the T&SS Unix Systems within all EMEA data centres
- Daily operational activities including support and 24×7 operational cover
- Provide technical expertise in installation, configuration and operation of server delivery technology
- Oversee hardware installation and retirement of legacy infrastructure
- Software installation, configuration and documentation
- Resolution of production problems
- Implementation of planned changes
- Project server builds
- Weekend working and on-call will be required
