CEO Maharashtra and Voter Lists
Chief Electoral Officer, also called CEO Maharashtra heads the election effort in Maharashtra. CEO Maharashtra is currently running a pre election campaign to update the voters list in Mumbai and other parts of Maharashtra. We would urge all residents of Maharashtra, Mumbai and specially of Mumbai Suburbs to make sure their names are in the electoral rolls.

Chief Electoral Officer’s site www.ceo.maharashtra.gov.in also provides citizens of Maharashtra and Mumbai the complete Electoral Rolls (check if your name is there) so please have a look at it. In case you have any difficulty try this other site.
In case you want to Include your Name in the Voters list and get an Election Voters Card (Maharashtra Voters list) then you can fill up a request on site and and email is sent to you confirming that the form has been submitted to CEO Maharashtra and then the local postman or an officer from the local election returning officer will contact you along with the form to make the Voter Card.
The Election Registration officer for Bandra East (Vandre east) is Shri Madhav Chimanji, who is Special Land Acquisition Officer and sits at Administrative Building, 9th Floor, Govt Colony, Bandra and his Phone Number is 26513133.
The Election Registration officer for Bandra West (Vandre West) is Shri P.S. Devare, who is Sub Divisional Officer and sits at Administrative Building, 9th Floor, Govt Colony, Bandra and his Phone Number is 26510136.
The Election Registration officer for Kalina is Shri Anant Dahiphale, who is Deputy Collector, Enchroachment Removal and sits at Grih Norman Bhavan, 5th Floor, Bandra(E) and his Phone Number is 26590815.

I have filled up form twice for changing the residential adres on Voter Id card.It is not getting regularised. Again i have put up form in Sanpada for me and my family but so far no news.
1.Ravinder Safaya Voter ID No MT/09/061/0351896
2.Mrs. Nisha safaya Voter ID No MT/09/061/0351897
3.Miss Priyadarshani Safaya New entry.
Sno 1& 2 needs address change and Sno 3 needs new entry.All documents and proofs submitted now 2nd time to the authorities. can i know how long it will take . I could not vote in parliamentary election but can i do that in assembly elections.

Dear Sir,
Ref. LAC No.-152, PART NO. -185, S. NO. 1292 AND 1293
I have submitted the printed form with correct spelings etc.. Even though the authority have made mistake of father’s name as BHAVELAL against the correct name Mr. KOWALAL.
My wife has been shown as LAXMI SURYNARANA BALMIKI against the correct name LAXMI DEEP BALMIKI and age of my Mrs. is shown 29 years against the date of birth 02-11-1960 (48 years.
When I approched the election authority, They asked me to fill up the form which I submitted on 29-08-2009, But failed to understand that no action has yet been taken so far.
I request to authorities to make correct altration to enable me to vote atleast for Assembly election.

Dear sir,
A fresh application for inrolment in voter list of son and daughter (Name MAHESH DEEP KUMAR BALMIKI AND JYOTI DEEP KUMAR BALMIKI) was submitted on 28-03-2009 but their names has not yet been shown in the voter list till now.
My ref. - LAC NO. 152 PART NO. 185 SL. NO. 1292.
I Request for early needful action be taken.
